REFUND POLICY


We have a 14-day refund policy for our subscription services, which means you have 14 days after the start of your subscription to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your subscription must not have been used excessively or in a way that indicates substantial value has already been received. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Service Issues

Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues with your subscription service, such as access problems, technical difficulties, or if you received the wrong subscription tier, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of subscriptions may not be eligible for refunds after they have been substantially used or after specific digital content has been accessed. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific subscription.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refund requests on promotional or discounted subscription plans after the first 14 days of service.

Subscription Changes

The fastest way to ensure you get the subscription tier you want is to cancel your current subscription, and once the cancellation is processed, purchase the new subscription tier.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days without giving any reason. However, you will lose this right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed or digital content delivery has begun with your prior express consent.

Refund Processing

We will notify you once we've received and reviewed your refund request to let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Prorated Refunds

For subscription cancellations after the refund eligibility period, we may offer prorated refunds based on the unused portion of your subscription period, at our discretion.
