Stats are generated on the 1st of each month for the previous month. If you sign up today, your first stats will appear on the 1st of next month.

We collect public Twitch chat messages from your channel, including username, message text, timestamps, and badges (mod/VIP). We do not collect private information, IP addresses, or anything beyond what's publicly visible in Twitch chat. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Yes! Each stats page has a bot filter toggle that excludes known bot accounts from your statistics. This gives you a more accurate view of human engagement. if you know of a bot that should be excluded, please let us know.

Visit your profile page and click on the subscription tier you want. You'll be redirected to Stripe to complete the upgrade. Make sure to use the same email as your Twitch account.
